All events must include the cost of a single night rental in addition to the event fee. *Inquire for non-overnight events.
To host any event with outside guests, you must pay our $500 event fee. This covers the cost of our extra cleaning costs for before and after, as well as our extra efforts to help make sure your event goes off without a hitch.
Chairs and Tables are an additional $2 per person cost in addition to the event fee described above.
If you intend on having more than 70 total guests for an event, you are REQUIRED to purchase additional third party insurance from TheEventHelper.com for approximately $100
If you would like to host an event with 70 or more total guests, we require that you rent 2 or more rentals and pay the $500 event fee.
Friday and Saturday events require a 2 night rental and $200 additional charge to the event fee
