WATERFALL HOUSE
Beautiful house, 7 rooms with with a huge common area/living room. The host and the property manager were both fantastic about answering any questions leading up to the visit and during our stay. And Costa Rica is amazing in Jan. Highly recommend. - Michael January 2020
This house was a fantastic way to do tamarindo. Gorgeous and modern, spacious, and a perfect location. The house was managed quite well, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner that was prepared for us. Golf carts were a great convenience as well. - Galen June 2019

The house was exactly as described by Josh. The house was fantastic! Kenner, the house host, and his family really made the trip exceptional for us. We hired them to prepare breakfast for our group each morning and they even catered two dinners and many many many cocktails for our group. The house is in a perfect spot in Tamarindo. it is safe and secure. It is a quick walk into town and over to the beach. Restaurants and bars are all walking distance. We had 11 people at the house and it was VERY spacious and comfortable for all. 4 of the bedrooms are large master suites and quite luxurious. 3 additional bedrooms are located on the lowest level of the house. Those 3 rooms share a bathroom. They are clean and comfortable...just not as luxurious as the other 4 bedrooms. Josh is definitely a SUPER HOST! He is very responsive, honest, and great to work with. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat. We chose not to rent cars. We had two adventure days on our trip and we arranged for a driver to take us around on those days. It is not hard to imagine the Truman Show when staying in Costa Rica. However, when a family full of monkeys rolled in on trees in front of the pool, baby and all, I wondered if the owner was on a mic saying “release the monkeys”. The house is exactly as described and there was not a text to the team that was not answered with seconds! Very attentive to all our needs- book with confidence! - Troy February 2018

All 13 of us all agreed that this was the best trip we have ever taken. For most of us this was the first time we’ve used AirBnB and our host went above and beyond to make sure it was an unforgettable trip. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Tamarindo. Its essentially on a hill overlooking Tamarindo that is roughly a 10 min walk down into the town (3-4 min drive). The views from this location are simply stunning, and the property manager is very communicative and helpful. True to its name Waterfall/Monkey House had a waterfall infinity pool which was really cool, and on multiple occasions we say monkeys in the trees adjacent the property. Spectacular! We also loved how the main area opens up so it feels like you have an outdoor indoor space. I would definitely recommend staying here. - Kersey, March 2019
